Introduction and Scope<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>Quantum Forge Entertainment LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Information We Collect<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>As described in more detail below, QFE may collect information about you when you:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create a user account in Naval Conquest.<\/li>\n<li>Use Naval Conquest or any other QFE Property.<\/li>\n<li>Visit the website quantumforge.gg.<\/li>\n<li>Interact with QFE&#8217;s social media accounts or posts.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in QFE&#8217;s official Discord community server.<\/li>\n<li>Contact our customer support team.<\/li>\n<li>Opt in to receive marketing communications from QFE.<\/li>\n<li>View reward-based advertising (Rewarded Ads) within the game.<\/li>\n<li>Make purchases of digital content within Naval Conquest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>(a) Account Creation in Naval Conquest<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Naval Conquest offers two authentication methods for account creation and sign-in:<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Sign in with Google (Google SSO): Naval Conquest allows you to sign in using your Google account (Gmail) through Google&#8217;s OAuth 2.0 protocol. When you use this method, Google acts as an identity provider and shares the following information from your Google profile with QFE:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Email address associated with your Google account.<\/li>\n<li>Full name associated with your Google account.<\/li>\n<li>Google profile picture (if one is configured and your profile is set to allow it).<\/li>\n<li>Unique Google account identifier (Google ID).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>QFE uses this information solely to create and manage your Naval Conquest account, authenticate your session, and link your Google profile with your PlayFab account. We do not access any other data from your Google account \u2014 including emails, contacts, calendar, or other Google services \u2014 beyond what is strictly necessary for authentication purposes. QFE does not have access to your Google account password.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Direct registration via PlayFab: alternatively, you may register by providing your email address directly through PlayFab, without linking a Google account.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Regardless of the authentication method used, the information collected at registration includes at minimum:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Email address.<\/li>\n<li>Username (chosen by the player, or derived from your Google account name, depending on the method used).<\/li>\n<li>Unique PlayFab account identifier (PlayFab ID), generated automatically.<\/li>\n<li>Google account identifier (Google ID), if Google SSO was used.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>If you additionally link your account through the authentication system of the applicable Store (Google Play, App Store, or Huawei AppGallery), we may also receive the username and identifier associated with that Store account.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>(b) Use of Naval Conquest<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When you use Naval Conquest, we collect, process, and combine information about your in-game activity. This may include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Progression data: completed missions, unlocked units, campaign level, combat statistics.<\/li>\n<li>In-game economy data: virtual currencies, cosmetic items acquired or unlocked, Battle Pass history.<\/li>\n<li>Ranking and leaderboard data.<\/li>\n<li>Session data: session duration, access frequency, installed game version.<\/li>\n<li>Device technical data: device type, operating system, system version, device identifiers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>We use Microsoft PlayFab to manage the game&#8217;s economy, rankings, and server access. We use Unity Cloud Services (LevelPlay\/Unity Ads) for advertising analytics and Rewarded Ads management. To ensure a fair experience, QFE may monitor in-game activity for the purpose of detecting and preventing the use of cheats, bots, or exploitation of vulnerabilities, in accordance with the applicable Terms of Service.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>(c) Visits to quantumforge.gg<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When you visit our website, we collect information about your use of the site through Google Analytics (Google LLC), a web analytics service. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect and analyze information about how users interact with the site. The information generated includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>IP address (anonymized to the extent permitted by Google Analytics).<\/li>\n<li>Browser type and configured language.<\/li>\n<li>Operating system and device type.<\/li>\n<li>Pages visited, time spent on the site, and navigation paths.<\/li>\n<li>Visit source (organic search, social media, direct link, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Interaction data with site content (clicks, downloads, completed forms).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This information is transmitted to and processed by Google on its servers, which may be located in the United States or other countries. Please refer to our Cookie Policy (available at quantumforge.gg\/cookies) for details on the types of cookies used and how to manage them.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>(d) Interaction with QFE&#8217;s Social Media Accounts<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>QFE maintains an active presence on social media platforms. When you interact with our posts, pages, or accounts on platforms such as Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, or LinkedIn, you acknowledge that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We may view and process information you share publicly through such interactions (comments, mentions, direct messages, reactions), in accordance with your privacy settings on each platform.<\/li>\n<li>Social media platforms may independently collect additional information about your behavior and interactions in accordance with their own privacy policies, over which QFE has no control.<\/li>\n<li>Any personal information you publish publicly on our social media accounts may be viewed by other users of those platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>If you communicate with QFE through direct messages on social media, we may retain such communications to manage your inquiry or request. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of each social media platform to understand how they handle your personal information.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>(e) Participation in QFE&#8217;s Discord Server<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>QFE operates a community server on Discord, the communications platform of Discord Inc. By joining and participating in QFE&#8217;s Discord server, you acknowledge that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Discord Inc. collects and processes data relating to your account and server activity in accordance with its own Privacy Policy, available at discord.com\/privacy. QFE does not control such processing.<\/li>\n<li>QFE&#8217;s server uses MEE6 Premium, a community management bot developed by Orels SARL (France). MEE6 accesses certain member activity data within the server in order to provide the following features:\n<ul>\n<li>Leveling and experience system (XP): MEE6 records the number of messages sent by each member to calculate their activity level and position in the server ranking. This data is publicly visible within the server.<\/li>\n<li>Automated moderation: MEE6 may log warnings, mutes, temporary bans (kick\/mute), and other moderation records associated with a member&#8217;s Discord User ID.<\/li>\n<li>Automatic roles: MEE6 manages the assignment and revocation of roles based on activity criteria or administrator actions.<\/li>\n<li>Scheduled announcements and posts: MEE6 may manage the delivery of automated messages in server channels.<\/li>\n<li>Member onboarding: MEE6 logs the arrival of new members and may send them personalized welcome messages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The data processed by MEE6 within QFE&#8217;s server includes: Discord User ID, username and discriminator, server activity history (message count for the leveling system), and moderation action records. MEE6 operates as an independent data processor subject to its own privacy policy, available at mee6.xyz\/privacy.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>QFE uses Discord server activity information solely to manage the community, encourage engagement, and maintain a safe and respectful environment for all members. QFE does not share Discord server activity data with third parties except as described in Section 3 of this Policy.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>(f) Customer Support Communications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When you contact our support team, whether by email (support@quantumforge.gg), through forms on the website, or through any other enabled channel, we collect:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your contact details (email address, username).<\/li>\n<li>A description of the issue or inquiry submitted.<\/li>\n<li>Any additional information you share with us to resolve your case.<\/li>\n<li>Records of the communication and its resolution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This information is used exclusively to handle your request and to improve the quality of our service.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>(g) Marketing Communications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>QFE may send you communications about game news, content updates, and upcoming releases. Such communications will only be sent if you have opted in to receive them. You may manage your communication preferences at any time by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Using the unsubscribe link included in all QFE marketing emails.<\/li>\n<li>Submitting a request to privacy@quantumforge.gg.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>(h) Rewarded Ads<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Naval Conquest may include optional reward-based advertising managed through Unity Ads \/ LevelPlay (Unity Technologies). When you activate ad viewing, Unity Technologies may collect:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Device advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android).<\/li>\n<li>Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, ad completion).<\/li>\n<li>Technical device information required for ad delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>For users residing in the EEA: the collection of data for personalized advertising requires your explicit prior consent, which is requested through a separate notice before the first ad is shown. You may withdraw this consent at any time from the game settings.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Unity Technologies acts as an independent advertising data processor, subject to its own privacy policy available at unity.com\/legal\/privacy-policy.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>(i) Digital Content Purchases<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>QFE does not directly collect or store credit card data or billing information. All purchase transactions (Battle Pass, cosmetic items, subscriptions) are processed exclusively through the applicable Store (Google Play, App Store, or Huawei AppGallery) in accordance with their own privacy and payment security policies.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>QFE receives from the Stores only the transaction confirmation and the data required to activate the purchased content in your account (item type, purchase date, transaction identifier). We encourage you to review the applicable Store&#8217;s privacy policy to understand how they handle your payment data.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>(j) Legal Basis for Processing (EEA Users Only)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you are located in the European Economic Area, the legal basis for collecting and using your personal information will depend on the specific data in question and the context in which it is collected. In general, we collect personal information when:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We have your consent to do so (for example, for personalized advertising through Rewarded Ads or to send you marketing communications).<\/li>\n<li>We need the information to perform a contract with you (for example, to operate your account and provide the game).<\/li>\n<li>We have a legitimate interest in doing so, provided that your interests or fundamental data protection rights do not override that interest (for example, to improve the game, detect cheating, or prevent fraud).<\/li>\n<li>We are subject to a legal obligation to process the information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>QFE is the Data Controller for all personal information collected in the EEA. For questions about the legal bases applicable to a specific processing activity, please contact privacy@quantumforge.gg.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h1><strong>3. How We Share Information<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>QFE shares your personal information only in the circumstances described below. QFE does not sell your personal information to third parties for their own independent commercial purposes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>(a) Service Providers and Data Processors<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>QFE shares information with external providers who act as data processors on our behalf to operate the Services:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Microsoft PlayFab (Azure): authentication, in-game economy, leaderboards, and inventory management.<\/li>\n<li>Google LLC (Google Sign-In \/ OAuth 2.0): identity provider for Google SSO authentication. When you use Google SSO, Google shares your profile data (email address, full name, profile picture, and Google ID) with PlayFab for account creation and session authentication.<\/li>\n<li>Unity Technologies (Unity Cloud Services \/ LevelPlay): advertising analytics and Rewarded Ads management.<\/li>\n<li>Google LLC (Google Analytics): website usage analytics for quantumforge.gg.<\/li>\n<li>Distribution Stores (Google Play, App Store, Huawei AppGallery): payment processing and download data.<\/li>\n<li>Discord Inc.: platform for QFE&#8217;s official community server. Discord processes server member data in accordance with its own privacy policy.<\/li>\n<li>Orels SARL (MEE6 Premium): community management bot integrated into QFE&#8217;s Discord server. MEE6 accesses member activity and moderation data to deliver its features (leveling, automated moderation, roles, announcements).<\/li>\n<li>Social media platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn): management of our presence on those platforms, subject to their own terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>QFE does not share information with providers for their use for purposes other than those described in this section without your consent.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>(b) Legal Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>QFE may disclose your information where required by law, in response to requests from competent authorities, in connection with investigations of fraud, intellectual property infringement, or other unlawful activity, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of QFE, its users, or the general public.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>(c) Exercise of Legal Rights<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>QFE may disclose your information where necessary to exercise, establish, or defend our legal rights, including the review of account data and in-game activity to investigate alleged violations of the Terms of Service.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>(d) Sale or Restructuring of the Business<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or similar transaction, QFE user information may be transferred to the successor or assignee entity, subject to the privacy commitments set out in this Policy.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h1><strong>4. Information Collected by Third Parties<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>In addition to information that QFE collects directly, certain third parties integrated into our Properties may independently collect information about you:<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>(a) Google Sign-In (Google SSO)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When you choose to sign in with Google, Google LLC acts as an identity provider through the OAuth 2.0 protocol and independently processes your authentication request in accordance with its own Privacy Policy (policies.google.com\/privacy). The scope of data shared by Google with QFE is limited to the information described in Section 2a. QFE does not access any other Google account data or services. Google may additionally collect data about the sign-in event for its own security and fraud prevention purposes, over which QFE has no control. You may review and revoke the access permissions granted to Naval Conquest at any time from your Google account security settings at myaccount.google.com.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>(b) Google Analytics<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics uses cookies to analyze how users interact with the site. The information generated (including your IP address, anonymized where possible) is transmitted to and stored by Google on its servers. Google may transfer this information to third parties where required by law or where such third parties process the information on Google&#8217;s behalf.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by downloading the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, available at tools.google.com\/dlpage\/gaoptout.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>(c) Unity Ads \/ LevelPlay<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When you consent to view Rewarded Ads, Unity Technologies independently collects advertising interaction data and device identifiers in accordance with its own privacy policy. You can review Unity&#8217;s advertising management options at unity.com\/legal\/privacy-policy.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>(d) Distribution Stores<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Google Play, App Store, and Huawei AppGallery independently collect data related to your account on each platform, including payment data, download history, and in-store behavior. Please review each platform&#8217;s privacy policy for further information.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>(e) Discord and MEE6<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>QFE&#8217;s community server on Discord operates on the Discord Inc. platform, which collects and processes member data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy (discord.com\/privacy). Within the server, the MEE6 Premium bot (Orels SARL) independently collects member activity data \u2014 including message counts for the leveling system, moderation records, and role history \u2014 in accordance with its own privacy policy (mee6.xyz\/privacy). QFE does not control the data processing carried out by Discord Inc. or Orels SARL within their own systems.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>(f) Social Media Platforms<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The social media platforms on which QFE maintains a presence (Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn) independently collect data about your interactions with our accounts in accordance with their own policies, over which QFE has no control. We encourage you to review each platform&#8217;s privacy policy.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h1><strong>5. Security and Third-Party Sites<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>QFE does not warrant the security of personal information you provide on third-party websites or applications. Our Properties may contain links to third-party sites that have their own privacy policies and security practices independent of ours. Access to such sites is at your own risk.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>QFE implements technical and organizational security measures to protect personal information under its control. However, no data transmission or storage system on the internet is completely secure, and QFE cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h1><strong>6. Children&#8217;s Privacy<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>QFE&#8217;s Properties are not directed at minors. The applicable minimum age thresholds by jurisdiction are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>United States (COPPA): 13 years of age. QFE does not knowingly collect personal information from users under the age of 13 residing in the United States.<\/li>\n<li>Europe (GDPR): between 13 and 16 years of age, depending on the member state. QFE applies the applicable threshold in each case.<\/li>\n<li>South Korea (PIPA): 14 years of age.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>If QFE determines that an account has been created by a user who does not meet the applicable minimum age requirement, it will promptly delete the account along with all associated data. If you, as a parent or legal guardian, believe that your child has created a Naval Conquest account without meeting the minimum age requirement, please contact us at privacy@quantumforge.gg to arrange for the deletion of their data.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>QFE encourages parents and guardians to monitor minors&#8217; use of mobile devices and to make use of the parental controls available on Stores and devices to restrict access to age-inappropriate applications.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h1><strong>7. Data Security<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>QFE takes reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or improper disclosure. EEA users may withdraw their consent to Unity Ads personalized advertising at any time from the game&#8217;s privacy settings.
